- We pride ourselves on being able to provide the best products and services to each individual.
- All of our work is backed by a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. If a problem should arise within the first three months of a repair or purchase, we will send out a technician to the customer to resolve the issue at no additional cost.
- Our repair times and costs vary depending on each individual typewriter and its current condition.
- A typewriter that has not been serviced for many years or has extensive damage may take much longer to recondition.
- Each typewriter is assessed by one of our technicians and then an accurate estimate of time and cost will be provided to the customer.
- We will not proceed further without the customer agreeing to the proposed estimate.
- Once the customer agrees, our technician will take the typewriter back to our workshop to complete the repairs and restoration.
- When the work has been completed, the technician will return the typewriter to the customer at their convenience.
